BOM T&A Ferrari/Vanwall

The T&A: Ferrari/Vanwall can be build in two different version:

  1. The Retro Racer.
  2. The Super Sport. (updated to modern specs)

This is an expensive project. Depending on what you already own it can cost a lot.

You will need a printer with a bed that can print 220mm on X or Y axis.

Here’s a current list of material for the T&A Vintage Racing cars. The links may be outdated, if you find something better, feel free to contact me.

The link with an * asterisk is the one I bought.

Qty Item Description Links
1 Tamiya TT-02 Chassis This kit will provide critical donor parts. We will use the motor, esc, screws, differentials, gears, suspension and direction parts of the kit. You can buy any TT-02 Chassis, the shell body is not important I sold my Lexan body for 40$. Check to see that the ESC is included otherwise you will need to buy one separately. You can also buy a Starter TT-02 kit if you can find them
  • Check your local hobby store
  • Amazon
  • Other online store. I bought my kit at Pinnacle Hobby in Canada for 175$ and resold the body for 40$ So my total cost for the kit was 135$
